Team overview
The Team
Notre Dame Men’s Club Lacrosse gives students at Notre Dame and Holy Cross the opportunity to continue playing competitive lacrosse while enjoying the full college experience. Our team brings together players from different backgrounds who share a love for the game and a commitment to their teammates.
We compete in the National College Lacrosse League (NCLL), facing collegiate club teams from across the country.
Student-Led Club
Student officers help organize the team’s schedule, travel, finances, and communication. Every player contributes to the club’s success, giving members a chance to take ownership and develop as leaders.
Team Community
The team is a place to build friendships that extend beyond the field. Through practices, road trips, and time together on campus, we aim to create a group where teammates support one another.
Championship season
2026 NCLL Division I National Champions
The Irish finished the 2026 season with a perfect 13–0 record and captured the NCLL Division I National Championship. The season reflected the hard work and commitment of the entire team and set a standard we’re excited to build on.
Life on the Team
Practice & Commitment. We typically practice twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Players are encouraged to come ready to compete, improve, and contribute while balancing lacrosse with their academic responsibilities.
Travel & Competition. Games and team travel give players the opportunity to compete against other collegiate clubs and spend time together beyond campus. Visit our Schedule page to see upcoming matchups.
Membership & Dues. Player dues help support club operations and are determined each year. Interested students can learn more about tryouts and getting involved on our Recruiting page.
